Project Description:

Lexus Durham was redesigned and rebranded as part of the Johnson Automotive collection in Durham, North Carolina, to modernize its appearance and improve customer experience. The project transformed public areas, including the showroom, lounges, snack areas, service drop-off, and car delivery, to emphasize a seamless experience for buying and servicing vehicles. Natural light and sustainable materials were incorporated to align with brand standards.

The layout was revamped to highlight the cars and create an inviting atmosphere. The showroom was designed to leave a lasting impression on visitors, showcasing the luxury and sophistication of the Lexus brand. This approach aimed to enhance the overall customer experience and foster customer loyalty.

The project features intuitively flowing spaces with proportionate floors and ceilings, integrating lighting and systems. The ceiling shapes honor site angles, and the iconic Lexus grill inspires the panels. This showroom is designed to impress visitors, highlighting the cars as the true stars.

The resulting design created a visually striking dealership that looks forward to the future. At its heart, the project is functional, operational, and strikingly beautiful. It strives to elevate the user experience, impressing Lexus clients and fostering customer loyalty, further bolstering the dealership's reputation and standing in the community.
