This new condominium tower's innovative architectural design transforms a portion of an existing hotel into an exquisite 22-story luxury condominium tower, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Newport Beach. Rising to a height of 295 feet, this iconic tower not only redefines the skyline but also offers breathtaking panoramic views of the renowned Fashion Island shopping center.

Strategically situated with a commanding view of the Newport Beach Country Club and its pristine golf course, the design draws inspiration from the original vision of Fashion Island and the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. The integration of these influences ensures that the tower complements its surroundings while establishing a new standard for luxury living.

The tower accommodates residential units from levels 2 to 22, with larger units thoughtfully positioned on the upper floors to maximize views. Each residence boasts expansive balconies, providing residents with unparalleled vistas of the lush landscape and cityscape. The architectural design also includes a comprehensive range of amenities that elevate the living experience, featuring a resort-style pool and spa area with lounge seating, a state-of-the-art gym and fitness facility, spa treatment rooms, versatile meeting rooms, concierge services, a billiards room, a library, and private dining services.

The design emphasizes outdoor living with a beautifully landscaped private garden, a designated dog relief area, and scenic walking paths that connect seamlessly to Newport Center Drive and the adjacent hotel. A subterranean parking structure, spanning five levels and accommodating 408 vehicles, will be constructed beneath the building. This design ensures convenient and secure parking, reducing the visual impact of cars and promoting a pedestrian-friendly environment.
