Project Description:
The Resort Hotel in Garden Grove is a one-of-a-kind luxury destination, designed to strike a balance between sophistication and fun, providing an unforgettable vacation experience for families. Strategically located on Harbor Boulevard, just south of Disneyland Anaheim, this five-star resort seamlessly blends immersive entertainment with casual luxury, bringing a vibrant energy that captivates both children and adults.
The resort reimagines hospitality through its concept of “vertical hospitality,” activating every level of the hotel to provide layered experiences. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a fully immersive environment. The ground-floor lobby sets the tone with themed experiences, including a Nickelodeon café, a marketplace, a themed retail store, and a performance space called Studio Nick. The entry experience is designed to immediately delight and engage visitors with the brand’s playful energy.
On level three, guests can unwind in a relaxed themed lounge that overlooks the vibrant lobby and connects to level five, the heart of the resort’s family entertainment offerings. Level five includes “Le Spatula” all-day dining, a Kids Club with an adjoining arcade, and Snick Social—an engaging dining venue featuring character performances. This level also accommodates business functions with a conference center, main ballroom, and breakout meeting spaces.
The most dynamic feature of the resort is the Aqua Deck, located on level eight. This water park experience caters to all ages, offering a lazy river, themed water features, cabanas (including private upper-level options), and a Bikini Bar for adults. It brings the theme park experience directly into the resort, offering family members various ways to relax or play, all within a Nickelodeon atmosphere.
Guest accommodations reflect the resort’s commitment to family-friendly luxury. With a range of options including standard rooms, one-bedroom suites, luxury suites, and fully themed suites, families can select configurations that ensure comfort and connectivity. The design incorporates accessibility and flexibility to support multi-generational travel. Thoughtful planning ensures that both kids and adults enjoy their stay—from whimsical themes to refined amenities.
At the top of the resort, a themed rooftop restaurant offers panoramic views of Orange County and a front-row seat to Disneyland’s famous nightly fireworks. With indoor and outdoor seating, it delivers a memorable dining experience that combines culinary quality with immersive entertainment.
The resort's core philosophy is to be KID-FIRST while still providing premium experiences for adults. Every space is designed to bring families together—whether through interactive character experiences, shared adventures, or simply relaxing by the pool. The brand identity centers around being approachable, playful, inclusive, and resourceful.
Resort Hotel in Garden Grove sets itself apart by delivering more than just a stay—it offers a vibrant, all-encompassing destination where joy, imagination, and comfort coexist. By combining the silly and the sophisticated, it creates a magical place where kids’ dreams come true, and adults are reminded of the joy of play.
