Project Description:

This community of homes was designed to meet the needs of families and move-up buyers. Located within walking distance of world class schools, community amenities, and ample recreation opportunities and walking trails throughout, this community of spacious new homes was designed to make everyday living experiences extra special.

A contemporary brushstroke over the elevation design gives this residence a simple, yet sophisticated elegance. The modern architectural styling is carried throughout the floor plan details and thoughtful finishes, providing a balance of simplicity and coziness. Design details were focused on high impact areas, making cost effective construction and allowing these homes to be priced according to the targeted demographics. Careful consideration was taken to stack and simplify the exterior walls in order to make the construction more efficient and economical.

The covered porch and entryway draws you in, leading the homeowner through a welcoming foyer that opens to an open-concept kitchen, great room, and generous California room with large glass doors. The well-equipped, stylish kitchen overlooks the main living areas and features a large center island, and plenty of counter / cabinet space – perfect for entertaining a large family or guests.
