3366 VIA LIDO is a waterfront office building renovation located on Lido Isle in Newport Beach, California.

This vintage 1950’s mid-century style bank building has been completely revamped into a contemporary workspace and headquarters for SAP and Hanahaus, with offices overlooking the bay in Newport Harbor, capitalizing on the grand harbor views and cool breezes.

The architects transformative design pays respect to the classic lines and character of the original 50’s style while updating the building to accommodate its new tenant, adding fresh finishes to the facade, and bringing structure and building amenities up to current codes and standards.
