Project Description:
Warner Red Hill celebrates Santa Ana’s industrial heritage and promotes an enriched and diverse culture, healthy community living, and a thriving regional economy. The 14.7 acre site comprises four distinct neighborhoods totaling 1,100 apartment homes fronted by 80,000 square feet of retail, and an energetic mix of public and private amenities, and community gathering space.
At the gateway to Warner Red Hill sits the Market Hall, a carefully curated experience featuring local restaurants and food concepts that reflect Santa Ana’s diverse culture and unique identity. In addition to dining, residents and visitors to the 20,000 sf space can encounter local bands and art exhibits, grab a craft brew, and enjoy the weather in the expansive outdoor patio.
The centrally located plaza delivers community retail and a 15,000 square foot private-membership fitness center. Visitors and residents can join a spin class after work, grab a smoothie, purchase a gift for a friend, and pick up dinner for the family all in one beautifully designed, well planned, central location.
At Warner Red Hill, resort-style living is taken to the next level with four rooftop saltwater pools and spas, outdoor barbeques and kitchens, private cabanas, fire pits, dog parks, fitness centers, play areas, and multiple community centers offering billiards, theaters, and more.
The rich architecture crafts an inviting neighborhood featuring an industrial tech aesthetic. The residences express a diverse architectural character, where old meets new to form an eclectic urban village ranging from industrial lofts with floor-to-ceiling corner fenestration and cool gray brick veneer, to smooth light washed facades with rhythmic window arrangements. The retail corner acts as a beacon of light and transparency, comprising glass, steel x-bracing, and custom LED lighting.
Warner Red Hill transforms an under-utilized office space into a vibrant mixed-use community. The plan creates thoughtful circulation patters with extensive landscaping and curated streetscapes to encourage pedestrian and bicycle activity. The development celebrates Santa Ana’s unique industrial and cultural heritage with 21st century urban tech, creating a unique and exciting community destination.
